NOTICE: Internet Explorer problems
Several customers have had issues logging into the tradesite when using Internet Explorer 7 on vista and xp.
This appears to be related to recent microsoft windows updates pushed out Tuesday 10/2/09 (KB961260 & KB960715) via automatic updates.
Three current workarounds are:
1. uninstall the updates (KB961260 & KB960715) from the control panel
2. Or, leave the update installed and place naspl.com into your trusted site zone in IE and restart IE.
3. Use an alternative web browser: Firefox, Opera, Safari, Google Chrome.
